I am Yollande tchouapi, a Bantu of the Bamileke tribe, native of the Western Mountain of Cameroon in Central Africa and currently living in Milwaukee, USA. I am a mother, wife, a development social activitist, an advocate for West African culture, a foody and lover's of all cuisines but passionate of African cuisine. I am on a mission to show the beauty and versatility of my African culinary heritage!
